| We eagerly agreed to serve as the customer beta
test site for the integration between StreetEagle and FASTTRAK
because we clearly understood the benefits of having the two
systems work together. Our chauffeurs use the StreetEagle touch
screen Garmin navigation units within their vehicle to update
the trip status and in real-time, our dispatcher sees the updates
in the FASTTRAK reservation and dispatch software. With a quick
glance, we can check to see if a chauffeur is on site, has the
passenger on board, or has made a drop. When a client or affiliate
calls to determine the status of a ride, we can quickly and
accurately provide the information with confidence, improving
customer service. Using the FASTTRAK MyBizTrips web interface,
the client can even check the status of the trip online themselves.
Phone calls to the chauffeur are also reduced, minimizing passenger
