A police department in Florida already had Sierra Wireless MP200's in their cars for wireless data with the GPS option. Then they wanted to add AVL to their dispatching department without adding additional hardware to the vehicles. The Street Eagle Enterprise solution was the perfect solution.
Insight USA set up a server to use the data from the MP200's with the Street Eagle software and delivered the server to their office. Some special features were added such as 10 second updates, and the ability to view only the vehicles that were on duty at that time rather than the whole fleet to minimize clutter.
